Today i dont trade because im not fell so well and im sure im miss lot of pips but is better to stay away when you dont fell well.
I hope everyone had a great day.
MT4 works just fine for me, but take care which firm you get it from – I use Alpari(UK) and get accurate forks – you may need to adjust and tighten up the points on lower time frames (say you draw a fork on the daily, the forks will not automatically attach themselves to the pivots on lower time frames) but I find this helps me see what is going on with the price action anyway. Other brokers I have used in the past have suffered from what I would describe as ‘drift’, where the fork appears at different prices on each time frame, which is frankly completely useless for a forker. So check a few out and compare them The great thing about MT4 is that there is a community of programmers out there who have designed a library of useful tools that you can use to improve your experience. For instance, alerts that can be attached to your trendlines, pitchforks, fib levels etc., that will ring out when you get a set amount of pips away from the object.
The option I know of are:-
(1)Metatrader which has it’s own Data feed (totally Free)
(2)Ninjatrader (Free) and then subscribe to a data feed like esignal – Better Option
(3)Neoticker (approx $1200) with a data feed or your broker feed – Better again.
The bottom line is that any of these are good as long as you can be disciplined
What software do you use to draw the forks? Do you know of any free, light and easy to use software available just for drawing the Andrew’s pitchfork?
Hope you feel better.
